If you find yourself struggling at this time, Caring Space can offer you the support that you need to get through the difficulties that you are facing. Our counselling and psychotherapy service offers you a safe space to meet with a professional counsellor allowing you to explore and understand your emotional experience. The counsellor creates a listening space where you can unburden yourself and work through your difficulties with support. Within our suite of services at Caring Space in Midleton, we offer counselling and psychotherapy to both adolescents and adults.

From time to time, we can all benefit from support that helps us to grow stronger when we are struggling. In that space we can also develop the coping skills that are required if we find ourselves facing a crisis in our lives. At Caring Space, this support comes in the form of warmth, non-judgemental listening, and encouragement. Counselling enables a person to find peace of mind and contentment, through the development of a non-judgemental and caring relationship with themselves.
All of the counselling and psychotherapy offered at Caring Space is confidential and works within a code of ethics, which is accredited by the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
